1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. This Complaint Policy governs the procedure and conditions for complaints regarding goods purchased through the e-shop fuji.pictures.

2. Rights Arising from Defective Performance

2.1. The buyer has the right to make a complaint if the goods show defects upon receipt or within the statutory period.

2.2. The complaint does not apply to:

  • normal wear and tear,
  • defects caused by improper use,
  • damage caused by unprofessional handling.

2.3. In the case of custom-made photographs, subjective aesthetic properties that correspond to the order cannot be claimed as defects.

3. Filing a Complaint

3.1. A complaint may be submitted by email or in writing.

3.2. The buyer is required to provide:

  • order number,
  • description of the defect,
  • contact details.

3.3. The returned goods must be complete and properly packaged.

4. Handling of Complaints

4.1. The complaint will be resolved without undue delay, no later than 30 days from its submission.

4.2. The buyer will be informed of the outcome of the complaint by email.

5.1. This Complaint Policy is valid from the date of its publication on the e-shop website.
